摘　　要：目的　探讨癌症患者及亲属对病人知情权的需求 ,寻求有效的护理措施。方法　自制调查表 ,对 794例癌症住院患者及 874名亲属进行问卷调查。结果　癌症患者及亲属对病人知情权需求有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,不同层次患者及亲属需求不一 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　医护人员应尊重病人知情权 ,采取多变的告知形式 ,充分调动患者的社会支持因素。Objective To inquire into the requirement of cancer patients and their relatives about the right of knowing the facts, and search out effective nursing methods. Methods 794 cancer inpatients and 874 cancer patients' relatives were investigated by answering the questionnaires. Results There was different requirement about the rights of knowing the facts between the patients and their relatives (p<0.005). Cancer patients and their relatives in different stratum had different requirement (p<0.05). Conclusions Medical workers should respect patients' and their relatives' rights of knowing the facts and tell them with different method, and mobilize social support for patients.
