摘　　要：本文认为人类整体现和人类整体管理都分别经历了不二论、二元论和超元论三个发展时期,它们分别是有机整体现与有机整体管理、现代整体观与现代整体管理、后现代整体观与后现代整体管理.In this paper the author thought that integral concept and integral management have gone through three periods as non-dualistic theory, dualistic theory and transcendent theory. Separately they are:organic integral concept and organic integral management, modern integral concept and modern integral management,post-modern integral concept and post-modern integral management.
