病毒性肝炎患者血清白细胞介素6的活性变化及临床意义

摘　　要：本文检测了73例各型病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-6活性,并动态观察了血清IL-6活性变化与病情的关系。结果,各型病毒性肝炎血清IL-6活性均明显高于对照组,且随着肝炎病情的加重,血清IL-6逐渐增高,随着肝炎病情的恢复,血清IL-6水平也随之下降。表明血清IL-6活性与病毒性肝炎活动密切相关。In this paper, serum IL-6 activity and its dynamic changes in 73 patients with various types of viral hepatitis were determined.The results showed that serum IL-6 activity in patients with various hepatitis were significantly higher than that in controls, and its serum levels increased with the exacerbation of liver illness or decreased with the recovery of patients conditions, suggestting that serum II.-6 activity is closely related to the severity of liver damage.
