摘　　要：用一阶导数紫外分光法测定复方苯酚乳膏的含量,结果表明,苯酚浓度在5.01至50.10μg之间 呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率是100.8％,RSD为0.41％,本方法简单、结果满意、准确。Phenol in its compound cream was determined by first derivative spectrometry. The results showed that at the concentration range of phenol from 5. 01 to 50. 10μg/ml,the linear relative coefficient was r = 0. 9999. The average recovery ofphenol was 100. 8%, and the coefficient of variation(RSD) was 0. 41%. This method was simple, rapid and accurete
