吸收度线性组合分光光度法测定胃镜乳中盐酸达克罗宁含量

摘　　要：用乙醚萃取去除胃镜乳中硅油,水溶液除去西黄蓍胶后用线性组合法测定水溶液中盐酸达克罗宁含量,可排除尼泊金乙酯干扰,平均回收率为100.1％,RSD为0.34％。Polydimethylsiloxane fluid in gastroscope emulsion was extracted with ether,tragacanth in the water solution was filtered and dyclone hydrochloride in the solution was determined with linear combination method of absorbances which eliminates the disturbance of nipagin. The average rate of recovery was 100. 1% and RSD was 0.34%.
