摘　　要：观察了帕米膦酸二钠(Pamidronate)静脉注射对昆明种小白鼠神经系统的影响和对SD大白鼠心血管系统和呼吸系统的影响。结果显示:该药对动物神经系统、呼吸、血压无明显影响,但可使动物心电图出现Q-T间期延长及P-R间期延长。We observed the influence of pamidronate intravenous injection on the nervous system of Kun Ming mice and the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of SD rats. The results showded that the drug did not influence on the nervous system, the respiration and the blood pressure of the animal significantly,but induced prolongde Q-T and P-R interval on electrocardiogram of the recipients indeed.
