摘  要:文章提出了用感应耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定核桃树枝样品处理作了比较,表明HCIO4-HNO3消化法效果更令人满意.选用了合适的分析线及ICP光谱仪的工作参数,并对数据进行了综合评估和统计处理,精密度和回收率结果令人满意.A method has been developed for determination of trace elements (Mg,Ca, Sr, Ba, Mn, Cr, Ge, P, S, Se, Zn, Al, Fe, Mo, Cu) in the sheld and zernel of walnuts by using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectromety. In Sample treatment, the method of digesting with HNO3-H2O2 has been compared with the method of digesting with HNO3-HClO4. The comparison shows that satisfactory results may be obtained by the later method. The data were evaluated statisticaly processed. this method is simple and rapid with good reproductibility and high accuracy.
