摘 要:对已确诊Ⅱ型(非胰岛素依赖型)糖尿病的105例患者进行了体感诱发电位(SEP)观察。结果显示SEP正常25例(23.8%),异常80例(76.2%)。其异常发生率与年龄、病程、血糖控制情况有显著相关性,即年龄大、病程长及长期血糖控制差的患者SEP异常率高。结果还显示,有神经系统症状的患者SEP多为异常,而临床尚未出现神经系统症状者SEP也可出现异改变,提示该检查对糖尿病性神经病变的早期诊断有一定价值。The somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) of 105 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetic mellitus (NIDDM) was observed.The result showed that normal SEP cases were 25 (23.8%),and abnormal SEP cases were 80 (76.2%).The abnormality rate was obvious relative with the patientg'age,course of disease,blood glucose.That is,the abnormality rate of those patients with high age,long course of dieases and long-term poor control of blood glucose was high.The result also showed that the SEP was mostly abnormal in the patients with nervous system symptoms,however,the SEP of patients without clinical nervous system symptoms could also have abnormal changes.The paper suggested that the SEP examination had certain value in early diagnosis of dibetic neuropathies.
