The relation of blood - glucose level and nerve conductive velocity in 36 patients with diabetes was observed. Fasting blood - glucose concentration and nerve coductive velocity were tested on admission and after blood - glucose controlled respectivdly. The resurls revealed that the controlling blood - glucose concentration could enhance the nerve conductive velocity and there was obviously statistical significance (P<0. 05) , In group controlled well, there was very siginificant difference (P<0. 01). In group non - controlled well, there was on very significance (P>0. 05). This investigation showed that the diabetic nervous damages and its recovery were closely correlated with the blood-glucose concentration.
