心肌灌注显像与门电路心血池显像对心肌梗塞病人心功能的评价

摘　　要：本文对32例心肌梗塞患者进行门电路心血池显像及心肌灌注显像,发现前壁心梗其左室EF(35±12)低于无前壁心梗(54±8),而下壁心梗其右室EF(41±10)低于无无下壁心梗(50±12),并有显著性差异(P<0.05),左室心梗区容积与容积百分率与左室EF有明显负相关关系(r=-0.8242和-0.6238,P<0.05),提示前壁心梗对左室功能影响较大,而下壁心梗多伴有右室功能受损。ECG-gated blood pool imaging and myocardial imaging were performed in 32 patients with myocardial infarction. It was found that LVEF(35± 12%) of anterior infarction was lower than that of non-anterior infarction (54± 8%). RVEF(41± 10%) with inferior infarction was tower than that of of non -inferior infarction (50 ± 12%) . The infarction size and size-percentage had a good negative relationship with LVEF(r=-0.8242 and -0.6238, P 0.05).
