摘  要:选择有肺部螨感染人群的粮食仓库为试点,采用平皿沉降法逐月观察工作场所空气中螨的数量及其季节消长.结果表明,该观察点空气中螨的年平均沉降量为12.2个/皿/h;在当年4-6月和10-12月为密度高峰期,1-3月和7-9月为低密度时间.已鉴定出螨类12种,其中9种与从人体痰液中检获到的螨种相同.调查结果为防治提供了实验依据.Having selected the grain storehouse as an experimental unit, where the people infected in the lungs by mites, with the subsidence method of letting the mite fall on to the exposed flat container, we observed the subsidence number of mites as well as its seasonal distribution in indoor air of the grain storehouses month by month. The results showed that the average subsidence number of mites was 12.2/cont./h. The highest peak of mite density was during the months from April to June and October to December. While the low density of mites was during the months from January to March and July to September in the year. 12 species of mites have been identified, 9 of which are the same as those found in the human sputum. The results of the investigation will provide the experimental basis for the prevention and control of pulmonary acariasis.
