精制抗五步蛇毒血清和抗蝮蛇毒血清对竹叶青蛇毒的中和作用

摘　　要：本文通过琼脂免疫扩散实验表明抗五步蛇毒血清和抗蝮蛇毒血清对竹叶青蛇毒有中和作用，对竹叶青蛇毒的出血毒素及促凝毒性作用两种抗血清均有中和及对抗作用；两种抗血清的混和液对竹叶青蛇毒有协同作用。Because the Trimersurus Stejnegeri Schmidt antivenin is not available at present, we studied the protective effect of A. acutus and A. halys antivenins against Trimeresurus Stejnegeri Schmidt venom By cross-immuno reaction, cross neutralization in vitro or in vivo, we found that: 1) There are 3-4 precipitate lines between Trimeresurus Stejnegeri Schmidt venomand Agkistrodon acutus antivenin or A. halys antivenin; 2) A. acutus antivenin and A. halys antivenin can partially neutralize the lethality of Trimeresurus Stejnegeri Schimdt venom respectively and they have synergistic reaction if used in combination. 3) Both of the two antivenuas can effectively neutratize the haemorrhagic and coagulative of Trimereasurus Stejnegeri Schmidt venom.
