精制抗蝮蛇和抗五步蛇毒血清对烙铁头蛇毒毒性成份的中和效应

摘　　要：本文通过交叉免疫反应与毒素中和实验，利用抗原抗体中和反应原理，进一步证明精制抗蝮蛇和抗五步蛇毒血清对烙铁头蛇毒具有交叉免疫活性，能够中和烙铁头蛇毒中的出血毒素、坏死毒素和抗凝组份，而对诱导血小板聚集的活性没有影响。We studied the cross- reactivity and neutralization of the Refined Agkistrodon Acutus Antivenom and Refined Agkistrodon Halys Antivenom against Tnineresu Mucrosquamatus venom (TMV) by henodifusion and toxic neutralization. The asults indicate that both of the antivenoms were emehve in neutrlization of the heamorrhagic,necrotizing and anticoagulatic activities of TMV, but they can't affect the active aggegation of human platelet induced by TMV.
