摘　　要：采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ／ＭＳ的选择反应监控（ＳＲＭ）法检测尿中甲基睾酮的人体代谢物，与ＧＣ／ＭＳ的选择离子检测（ＳＩＭ）法比较，ＳＲＭ法有更高的选择性和确证能力。该种检测方法的建立，可以更有效地判定阳性尿。The metabolite of methyltestoterone was detected by selected reation monitoring(SRM) method of GC/MS/MS.Compared with selected ion monitoring(SIM) method of GC/MS,SRM is more sensitive and more selective.The utilization of SRM method will improve the confirmation ability of a suspected positive sample.
