摘　　要：妊娠是已婚妇女的一种正常生理过程,妊娠期间孕妇的生理、心理发生着一系列变化。"十月怀胎,一朝分娩",面对较长的怀孕阶段,夫妻之间的性生活能否继续?是否影响母亲和胎儿的健康?对此众说纷纭,莫衷一是。在临床上我们曾经遇到这样一个病例,有一怀孕6个多月的26岁孕妇,因阴道大量流血而急诊入院,经检查证实为胎盘早剥、胎死宫内,并伴有播散性血管内凝血。为了挽救孕妇的生命。A total of 958 effective questionnaires had been received in a retrospective investigation of sexual intercourses during pregnancy in October 1994.The majority of married couples did not stop sexual behaviors during pregnancy and showed a great increase in coital frequency at the second gestational period (4 to 6 months' gestation).The elders had intercourse less frequently and chiefly in a single coital posture fewer times(mostly in man-superior position).The couples with higher educational level used to arrange sexual hehaviours at the second gestational period in more variable postures.
