男性手淫血清T、LH、FSH、E和PRL水平的变化

摘　　要：激系对人类生殖和性行为有着重要的影响,人类的性行为不仅是性器官,而且也是全身各系统精确而有节律地协调一致的一种连续过程,人类的性活动或性功能受到神经—内分泌系统,特别是多种激素的调控,为了了解激素在男性性反应中的作用,我们采用放射免疫技术测定了射精前后血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E)和催乳索(PRL)水平,现报告如下:The levels of serum testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle—stimulating hor- mone(FSH),estradiol(E)and prolactin(PRL)in males were determined before and after ejaculation in- duced by masturbation.The results showed that after ejaculation the contents of serum T and LH increased by 4.95±2.19nmol/L and 1.15±0.31IU/L,respectively(P<0.01)while no change in FSH was noticed (P>0.05).The contents of E and PRL increased by 4.44±0.58ng/ml(P<0.05)and 12.46±2.02ng/ml (P<0.01)respectively.It is suggested that the male sexual behavior is heavily influenced by the neuroen- docrine system,especially the sex hormone.
