摘　　要：本文概略性地评介了国际高等教育在面向新世纪时的主要发展趋向：高等教育观念变革、社会性和经济性资源危机、关注高等教育质量、高等教育结构的多元化、加强教育行政和学校管理、促进高等教育机构的开放性和改进欧美学院模式使之更加适宜于本国或本地区的需要。In this paper are presented the authors' views on global higher education developmental trends in face of the 21st centuary,namely,changes in the concepts of higher education,resources crises of social and financial nature,concern for quality of higher education,diversification of structure in higher education,optimization of educational administration and collegiate management,improvement on the open nature of higher learning institutions,and adaption of European and American models to domestic or regional conditions.
