宣武医院神经内科门诊用药分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解神经内科疾病用药变化趋势 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法 ,以宣武医院2 0 0 1年 12月每天上午神经内科门诊处方 ,进行记录和统计 ,并与 1999年同期的神经内科统计资料做对比 ,进行分析。结果 :2 0 0 1年自配制剂健脑Ⅱ号和劳拉西泮较 1999年有所上升 ,在用药排序中分别在第 1位和第 2位 ,但在价格排序中却未进入前 16位。脑血管病药物仍然占神经内科用药之首且价格较高 ,5 羟色胺再摄取抑制药为治疗抑郁症的首选药。结论 :脑血管病应选择作用明确 ,较经济的药物 ,对患有焦虑症、抑郁症的患者用药应坚持镇静催眠药交替使用 。Objective:To understand the trend of the use of drugs in the practice of medical neurology so as to give advices of rational use of medicines to the clinicians. Method:A retrospective survey was carried out to record and add up the every morning prescriptions of the ambulant clinic of the department of medical neurology in December 2001 and to compare the data with those in December 1999 for a final analysis. Results:An increase in the use of jiannao No.Ⅱprepared by ourselves and lorazepem in 2001 was demonstrated and these 2 drugs ranked first and second on the list of frequency of drug use. However, neither of them reached the first twenty places on the list of price. Medicines for cerebrovascular diseases still ranked first in drugs used in the department of medical neurology and their price were relatively high. SSRIs was shown to be the drug of first choice in the treatment of depression. Conclusion:In the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, priority should be given to those medicines with definite effectiveness and not so high in price. Alternating application of hyprotics and sedatives should be insisted on in the treatment of patients with anxiety neurosis and depression.
