小剂量(5mg)舒降之(Simvastatin)对老年人调脂作用的临床研究

摘  要:目的观察小剂量舒降之对高血脂老年人的血脂作用,尤其是对氧化低密度脂蛋白的作用。方法本实验采用自身对照法,观察了30例高血脂老年人口服舒降之5mg/日×4周治疗前后的血脂变化,用配对t检验检测其差异显著性。结果小剂量舒降之不仅明显降低TC(从6.84±0.97到5.32±0.86mmol/L)、TG(从2.83±1.95到2.22±1.33mmol/L)、LDL(从144.56±60.66到107.70±28.51mg/dl)、ApoB(从127.41±65.11到88.85±40.64mg/dl),而且OXLDL明显下降(认50.37±25.41到34.01±17.76ug/dl),下降率分别为22%、21%、25.5%、30.3%和32.5%,均有统计学意义。冶疗高血脂症总有效率为93.3%,未发现严重副作用。结论小剂量舒降之对老年人降低血胆固醇、抑制LDL氧化、调整其他血脂紊乱安全而有效,可考虑长期服用。Objective The paper was designed to study the effectsof low-dosage(5mg) simvastatin on the blood lipids of theaged hyperlipidemic patients, especially on their plasmaOXLDL(oxidized LDL) .Methods In the trial, we used self- control method to oberve the changes of the plasma lipidsin 30 aged hyperlipidemic patients after 4-weeks treatmentwith 5mg/day.The day. The was analysed the differ ences of plasma lipids between Pre-and pest-treatmentwith paired t- test.Results Not only TC(from 6. 84± 0. 97to 5. 32± 0. 86mmoL/L), TG (from2. 83 ± 1. 95 to2. 22 ±1. 33mlnoL/L), IDL(from144. 56±60. 66 to 170. 70 ± 28.sings), ApoB (for 127. 4 ± 65. 11 to 88. 85 ± 40.64mg/dl) reduced, but also OXLDL could reduced(from50.37± 25. 41 to 34. 01±17. 76ug/dl) by low- dosagesimvastatin significantly. The lowering rate was seperately22%, 21%, 25.5%, 30.3%, and 32.5% .Each of themwas statistically significant. The total effeciacy rate in treating hyperlipidemia is 93. 3 %. No significant adverse effectswere occurred. Conelusion Low-dosage simvastatin therapyon reducing plasma cholesterol, inhibiting oxidation of LDLand adjusting the other disorders of lipidemia is safe and effective for aged huperlipidemic patients in 4-weeks treat ment. It may be considered as a long-term therapy method.
