非开胸植入心脏起博转复除颤器病人的临床追踪研究(附二例报告)

摘　　要：我们对两例纯静脉途径安置埋藏式自动复律除颤器（ＡＩＣＤ）的病人作了长期追踪研究，发现ＡＩＣＤ能准确地识别室速和室颤，并能成功地进行转律和除颤。奎尼丁能有效控制室性心动过速，减少ＡＩＣＤ的放电次数。故经非开胸途径植入ＡＩＣＤ是一种安全有效、简便治疗快速室性心律失常和猝死的方法，联用适当的抗心律失常药物，可减少ＡＩＣＤ的放电次数。Abstract:This study presents the long - term results. of 2 patients with malignant ventricular tachyarrthmias who underwent attempted transveneous autmatic implantable cardioverter defibrilator (AICD). The result revel that AICD can accuratly identify and terminate malignant ventricular arrthythmia. Quinidin can control runs of ventricular of tachycardia and reduce the number of discharges of AICD. The result indicate that endocardial defibrillation is a simple, safe and reliable sysotem in preventing sudden death and terminating ventriualar tachyarrthymias
