S. D. often accompany the disease. Once the disease is diagnose.it needs correction. The three case that we have treated recenty was ignored before operation. In the artical we discuse the diagnose method. Main point of the correction.how to prevent obstruction of superior vea cava drairoge,ensure unobstruction of pulmonary vein and preventing arrtythmia of pet operation.
