摘　　要：报道26例胸腹联合伤患儿的急救护理。提出规范抢救程序,提高护士急救意识,准确判断伤情,识别休克的存在及进展并及时纠治,同时重视心理支持是抢救成功的关键。The paper reported the emergency nursing of 26 infants with thoraco-abdominal injuries. The authors argued that the key for successful rescue existed in standardizing the rescue procedure, raising the nurses' awareness of rescue, accurately judging the conditions of wounds, knowing the occurrence and development of shock and carrying out timely treatment and laying stress on mental support.
