摘　　要：目的　探讨私立学校中学生吸烟行为的影响因素。方法　以美国南加利福尼亚大学提供的“青少年控烟项目调查问卷”为核心 ,对武汉市 8所私立学校 13 0 7名中学生进行问卷调查 ,应用多因素Logistic逐步回归分析方法筛选吸烟影响因素中有显著性意义的变量。结果　父母对子女吸烟的态度、男性好朋友中抽烟人数、吸烟使人看起来成熟、与同班同学的比较学生的学习成绩、学校是否有禁烟规定这 5个因素是影响私立学校中学生吸烟的主要显著因子。结论　针对影响私立学校学生吸烟行为的主要因素 ,应加强其吸烟行为的早期预防教育和干预。Objective To study the influential factors on the smoking behaviors among students in private middle school. Methods Based on the“Survey on the smoking controlling program of teenagers”provided by the University of Southern California,a survey was conducted on 1307 middle school students from 8 private schools of Wuhan City.22 factors related to smoking behaviors of students in the questionnaires were analyzed by single factor logistic regression analysis.Then the Logistic regression model was used for the significant factors. Results 15 of 22 factors were obviously significant(P<0.05)by the single factor analysis,and 5 of 15 factors were significant by the multi-factor Logistic regresses analysis(P<0.05).The results indicated that“smoking makes young people more mature(OR=2.061)”and“whether the parents ever express a desire for you not to smoke(OR=5.787)”and“how many of your best boy friend smoke(OR=2.484)”were the risk factors of smoking among private school students,while both“academic performance comparing with others in your class(OR=0.594)”and“whether there is the rule that teachers on students are not allowed to smoke in the school(OR=0.742)”were protective factors. Conclusion According to the mainly influential factors on smoking behaviors among students in the private middle school,it is imperative to intensify early preventive education and interference against smoking behaviors.
