六流T形中间罐内腔优化的水模研究

摘  要:为了解决6流T形中间罐各水口钢水分配不均、温差大等问题,我们就马钢6流方坯连铸机的T形中间罐作了优化其内腔的水模研究,在中间罐内增设了适当的纵向或横向挡墙进行了试验。试验证明,适当地设置这种挡墙能起到对各水口均匀分配钢水、减小水口间钢水温差的作用。横向挡墙已在生产中应用,效果很好。In order to solve the problems of the uneven distribution and high temperature difference of the steel liquid between nozzles of the T 6-strand tundish, we have conducted a hydraulic model research for optimizing the inner shape of T tundish for 6-strand billet continuous caster at Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. . Some proper transversal or longitudinal bulkheads were set in the tundish for test. The experiments have proved that these proper bulkheads can play an important part in distributing the steel liquid evenly and decreasing the temperature difference between the nozzles. The transversal bulkhead has been adopted in present production and yielded good results.
