小转炉车间的全连铸生产实践

摘　　要：唐钢一炼钢厂是冶金部“八·五”期间的10个全连铸车间之一,于1993年12月下旬实现了全连铸生产,该厂在10个全连铸车间中,转炉的容量最小。本文就该厂小转炉车间实现全连铸生产及在实现全连铸生产中遇到的问题进行了分析并提出了解决办法。The first Steelmaking Plant Tangshan Iron and Steel Co is one of the ten steelmak-ing plants which realized fully continuous casting in the period of the Eighth Five-year Plan in the Ministry of Metallurgy. It carried out fully CC late in the Dec 1993. It's converters are the smallest ones within these ten plants. In present artiele, we have analyzed this small vessel plant for realizing fully CC and the problems met in the course of it, and proposed some countermeasures.
