摘　　要：液压胀接是一种新型的柔性胀接技术。从理论上建立起了胀接压力与残余接触压力和拉脱力之间的关系，并用实验进行了验证。Hydraulically expanding is a kind of gentle expanding technique of tube-to-tubesheet joints of heat exchangers In this paper, the formulas among the expanding pressure, the residual contact pressure and the pulling strength of the expanded joints are presented and verified by experiments The results in this paper provide theoretical methods in designing and calculating the expanding joints of heat exchangers
