364名涉外婚检人员HBsAg感染情况及预防对策

摘　　要：涉外婚检364人,HBsAg阳性50例,阳性率为13.73%,其中外方18.13%,中方9.34%,外方明显高于中方。外方男性177人,其中HBsAg阳性33例,故应加强中方女性乙型肝炎保护性预防接种。HBsAg—HBeAg"双阳性"有16例(16/50,32%),提示HBV复制,传染性强,应加强对该人群管理和保护性治疗。The authors reported that there were 50 cases of HBsAg positive among 364 persons of foreign marriage, the positive rate is 13.73%. The foreigner's (including person came from Taiwan, Hongkong)HBsAg positive rate is 18.13%, and chinese is 9.34%. These were 33 cases of HBsAg positive among 177 male of foreigners, the positive rate is 18.67%. There were 16 eases of positive of both of HBsAg and HBeAg among the 50 case. The authors presented some control countermeasure in this paper.
