摘  要:Solid-solid phase transitions Often exhibt hysteresis and to describe the hysteretic behavior we need infernal variables Fos. shape memory single crystal under uni-axial tensile loading the internal variable has been identified experimentally as the number of interfaces between the austenitic and the martensitic phase regions . Experimental evidences are discussed here.
