摘　　要：论述了理论力学课程的特点、地位、作用和教学目标；介绍了笔者为提高教学水平潜心研究教学内容并用现代物理观点审视和阐述经典力学内容、钻研教学艺术逐步形成自己的讲课风格。This paper is about character,status,role of theoretical mechanics course and teaching object.Author introuduced hisunderstanding in which he studied teaching contents in order to enhance teaching level and surveied classical mechanics with mordern physical view.With the result of his reserch on teaching art, he has developed histeaching style. On the other hand,he has carried out modernization ofteaching means with the application of CAI technology of computer multimedia.
