摘　　要：回顾5例由于神经根变异或特殊类型椎间盘突出引起的腰腿痛病人,对其病理及术中处理做了介绍,认为由于神经根的解剖变异,更容易受到椎间盘突出的卡压。手术中如临床症状符合椎间盘突出症,而预定探查间隙未发现突出物,或与临床症状不符者,应根据神经根激惹及松紧程度,扩大探查范围,查明造成疼痛的原因,避免二次手术。A retrospective analysis was made of 5 cases with low back and leg pain caused by the variation of nerve roots and the specific types of lumbar disk hernia,which are met in the operation on lumbar disk.The anatomical varoation and diffrent types of lumbar disk hernia compressing the nerve roots,bring difficult to clinical diagnosis and operation to a certain extent.The artical made a recommand to the pathology and operation treatment,confirming that the nerve root with anatomical variation may be easily compressed by lumbar;disk herni a.In the operation,to the patient whose clinical sign confident the lumbar disk hernia,but the projection can't be found in the expecaed explorated space,or don't confident the clinical sign.We should enlarge the explorated range based to the extent of irration and relax or tensity of nerve root,make sure the cause of pain and protect the second operation.
