中锰白口铸铁激冷组织及热塑性变形规律的试验研究

摘  要:【摘要】在激冷条件下探讨了锰白口铸铁成份与组织的关系,确定了合适的成分范围,研究了锰白口铸铁的热塑性变形能力,并测定了温度与临界变形率的关系曲线。此外,对该材质的铸态和塑变态的抗磨性以及冲击性能做了对比试验。结果表明,中锰多元白口铸铁具有较宽的变形温度区间,在850℃变形量已超过55%,显示出良好的热塑性变形能力,经高温塑性变形,碳化物成孤立块状分布在基体中,从而使冲击韧性得到改善。Under chilled condition,the relationship between the chemical composition and microstructure of manganese containing white cast iron has been discussed first ,and then the optimum chemical composition range is determined.After the plastic deformation properties of tested white cast iron being researched,the curve for the temperature-critical deformation rate is obtained by the writer,In addition,the writer also makes a comparative experiment on abrasion resistance and impact property of that as-cast metal.The results show that the manganese containging white cast iron has larger deformation temprerature range.Deformation rate can be as high as 55% at 850℃ showing an excellent plastic deformation,and carbide appears dispersed island-shaped,so that the impact value of manganese containging white cast iron is raised from 3J/cm 2(as-cast condition)to 10J/cm 2,The manganese containing white cast iron also has a property of excellent abrasion resistant after plastic deformation.
