摘　　要：本文论述了金属型生产中锰球铁磨球的化学成分选择、球化孕育处理工艺、磨球的凝固特点及工艺设计。并对磨球皮下气孔缺陷进行了分析。In this paper,the chemical composition,the nodulization and the modification pro- cessed,and the solidification property and the molding techniques of the medium—manganese ductile iron wear ball used in the permanent mold casting were presented,and the bubble for- mation below the surface of the wear ball were discussed.
