喘舒片的药理研究

摘　　要：为了观察“喘舒片”对慢性气管炎的药理效应，采用以下方法进行实验：①镇咳实验在大鼠及小鼠身上用二氧化硫及氨水引咳；②祛痰作用采用肺酚红排泌法（小鼠）；③实验性支气管痉挛性哮喘，采用豚鼠组胺喷雾引喘；④在大鼠用蛋清性关节炎肿胀程度作为炎症指标。实验所得数据经统计学处理有显著差异。结果：喘舒片具有较强的止咳、平喘及消炎作用，其组方合理。In order to observe the pharmacological effects of Chuan Shu Pian for chronical bronchitis,the following experiments were conducted:①antitussive experiments in rats and mice with cough induced by sulfur dioxid and ammonia water;②expectorant experiments with phenol red excretion method(in mice);③experimental bronchial spastic asthma induced by histamine spray in guinea pigs;④the degree of swelling of arthritis in rats induced by egg albumin was used as the index of inflammation.The experimental data processed statistically had significant difference.The results showed that Chuan Shu Pian had marked antitussive,antiasthmatic and anti inflammatory actions and the components composition of prescription was rational,which had exact curative effect for chronic bronchitis.
