摘　　要：对伽马能谱处理的理论和技术进行了讨论,建立了伽马能谱分析的物理模型和数学模型,解决了影响分析精度的放射性统计涨落、峰位漂移以及能量刻度的有关问题。本文的伽马能谱分析方法具有典型性,可直接应用于能谱测井的数据处理,或其它形式的伽马能谱分析。<ABSTRACT>: The principle and processing technique of Gamma energy spectrum is diss-cussed and a physical model and a mathematical model for analyzing the gamma energy spec-trum is established,and radioactivity statistical variation,peak shift and energy graduation which affects analytical precision are solved,Analytical method of the gamma spectrum men-tioned in this paper is a typical case which can be used for data processing in spectrum log-ging or other types of gamma spectra analysis.
