摘　　要：Fullerene deriwtives C60NAr 2 were opthesized by the reaction of fullerene C60 with pstituted Pbenyl andes in refluxing chlorobenzene. The structure of each product was elucidated on the basis of FD-MS. UV-Vis. IR.
