摘  要:The design and testing of amperometric glucose biosensor was described, in which electrical communication between the flavin redox centers of glucose oxidase and a conventional carbon paste electrode has been achieved by using electron-transfer mediator based on tetrabutylammonium-tetra-cyanoquinodimethane(TBA+-TCNQ-). Characteristics of the biosensor has been shown by cyclic voltammetry.
