摘  要:MICROSTRUCTUREANDJ_cOFY-Ba-Cu-OSUPERCONDUCTORAFTERP_(o_2)-ALTERNATIVEHEATTREATMENT¥Chen,Kanghua;Huang,Peiyun(PowderMetallurgyR?..The effect of P_(o_2)-alternative heat treatment on the melting point,the microstructure and the J_cof YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductor has been investigated. It is found that the melting point of YBa2Cu3O7-δdecreasedto 900℃ when P_(o_2) decreased to 10 Pa. The texture of the YBa2Cu3O7-δpolycrystal could occur at temperatures lower than 920℃ after P_(o_2) -alternative treatment.
