摘　　要：在直径为80mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气—水为介质对φ16聚丙烯阶梯环真料流体力学性能进行研究。经过数学处理,整理出计算该填料泛点气速的贝恩—霍根公式以及计算湿填料因子和泛点填料因子的经验式。Measurements of the hydraulic properties of Φ16-polypropylene-stage-ring packingwere taken with air-water as the media in a 88 mm ID plexiglass tower. The Bain-Hougen correlation equation for the calculation of the gas rate at flooding point for thispacking and an empirical equation for the calculation of wet-packing factor and packingfactor at flooding point were obtained through mathematical derivation.
