国人睾丸、附睾和输精管的转移酶组织化学观察

摘  要:本文报告国人睾丸、附睾和输精管的ACT,OCT,HGK,γ-GT,PPR,BE,AAT,CK和GPM9种转移酶的酶组织化学定位及酶活性研究。结果显示:睾丸曲细精管的ACT,HGK和AAT;睾丸间质细胞的HGK和GPM;睾丸输出小管和附睾管的ACT,OCT,HGK,γ-GT,AAT和CK;输精管的OCT和GPM的酶活性均呈强阳性或极强阳性。附睾头部的输出小管和附睾管含有极丰富的转移酶,这提示附睾头部功能尤其突出,为临床生育和不育提供重要指标.The testis,epididymides and vas deferens from 13 sudden unexpected death cases, aged19 - 38 years,were studied in this investigation with histochemical methods.The localization and activities of 9 kinds of transgerases in human testis,epididymis and vas deferenswere half quantitatively observed with light microscope.The results showed the activities offollowing enzymes were strong positive in following tissues and cells: ACT,HGK and AATin seminiferous tubles;HGK and GPM in Leydig cells;ACT,OCT,HGK,γ-GT,AAT andCK in ductuli efferente and ductus epididymis ; OCT and GPM in the vas deferens.The observations indicate that the ductuli efferentes and ductus epididymidis of the head of epididymis have plenty of transferases, and those enzymes may serve as the indexes to studysterility and fertility.
