摘　　要：体外培养小鼠颌下腺细胞，形态学观察可见有上皮样细胞生长。免疫细胞化学及蛋白质印迹转移分析结果表明，体外培养的颌下腺上皮样细胞可合成并分泌表皮生长因子。Cells of the mouse submaxillary gland were cultured in vitro. The morphological observation showed that the epithelial cells of the mouse submaxillary gland can grow. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analyses showed that the cultured epithelial cells can synthesizeand secrete mouse epidermal growth factor(mEGF).
