酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料猪饲用价值研究

摘  要:选择约×荣杂交一代仔猪40头,随机分为五组,在等蛋白、等纤维基础上,用10~25%酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料替代日粮中的部份豆粕。以豆粕作对照,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别饲喂10%、15%、20%、25%酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料日粮。试验结果表明:日增重Ⅰ—Ⅳ组分别比对照组提高9.06%、10.54%、12.03%、10.54%(P>0.05);饲料利用率Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组略优于对照组(3.97、3.98、4.05与4.12),Ⅳ组略低于对照组(4.27与4.12);单位增重Ⅰ—Ⅳ组分别比对照组多盈利8.8%、5.6%、2.1%和1.8%。酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料在生长育肥猪日粮中的适宜添加比例为10~15%,并可替代日粮中7—10.5%的豆粕。通过消化试验测定出酒糟单细胞蛋白饲料的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分和能量消化率分别为65.0%、38.15%、28.42%、35.52%、28.16%和51.72%,赖氨酸、蛋+胱氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸和苯丙氨酸的消化率分别为38.15%、76.88%、74.46%、51.44%、61.48%和53.08%。Forty wear id pigs were selected and divided at random into 5 groups, with basical protein and fiber at the same level. Soybean meal (SBM) of the ration was replaced by 10-25% distiller's feed enriched with polyenzymic protein (DFEPSP), with one group withour DFEPSP as ure control.The four groups,group I to IV, contained 10%,15%,20% and 25% of DFEPSP in their rations,resrectiveiy. The results showed that daily gains were ocresed by 9.06,10. 54,12.03,10. 54(P>0. 05) ,as compared with the control growp;in feed efficiency group I , II and III having little superior to the control(3. 97,3. 98,4.15 VS. 4. 12),with group IN a slight lower than the control (4.27 VS. 4.12) ,and in unit gains,group I to IV increased by 8.8% ,5. 6%,2.1% and 1. 8%,respectively. The optimum added proportions of DFEPSP ranged between 10-15% ,and thus portions of 7-10. 5% SBM might be replaced Through the digestive trial,the digetibility of DM.CP,EE,CF(cmnde fiber),CA(crude ash ) and energy were 65.0%,38.15%,28. 42%,35. 52%,28.16% and 51. 72%,respectively; and of lysine,methionine + cystine,leucine,isoleucine,threonine and phenyalanine were 38.15%,76. 88%,74.46%,51. 44%,61. 48% and 53.08%.
