住院患者诊断误差原因分析

摘　　要：诊断正确与否，从一定意义上讲是反映医院医疗质量和管理水平的客观指标。三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的误诊率应在５％以下。本文对７２例住院病人诊断误差原因进行了分析，发现我院诊断误差率是１．６６％；分析产生诊断误差原因八条，并针对原因提出四条改进措施。Whether a diagnosis is right or wrong to some extent, is a practical index which reflects the medical quality and management objective level Of a hoapital.The diagnostic error rate of a Top Grade A specialized tumer hospital Should be lower than 5%. This article analyses the reasons of the diagnostic errors of 72 cases of inpatients and it turns out that the diagnostic error rate of my hospital is only 1. 66%;it finds 8 main reasons of diagnostic errors and adopt 4 measures of improvement.
