无症状性高血压病对靶器官损害临床意义探讨

摘　　要：对８０例无症状性高血压病患者，观察靶器官损害情况。结果：眼底Ａ硬化５０例。病程１０年以上３６例（４５％），５～１０年者１２例（１５％），１～５年２例（２．５％），左心室肥大４８例，病程１０年以上者３８例（４７．５％），５～１０年９例（１１．２５％），１～５年１例（１．２５％）。缺血性ＳＴ－Ｔ改变者２８例，病程１０年以上２０例（２５％），５～１０年７例（８．７５％），１～５年１例（１．２５％）。心律失常者１８例，１０年以上１４例（１７．５％），５～１０年４例（５％）。肾脏损害１０例，病程１０年以上８例（１０％），５～１０年２例（２．５％）。脑血管意外１０例，病程１０年以上脑血栓６例（７．５％），脑出血２例（２．５％），５～１０年脑血栓２例（２．５％）。由于长期血压增高，不能得到及时的诊断和治疗，因此，对靶器官的损害及危险性明显增高。In 80 Patients with asymptomatic hypertension,the lesions of target organs were studied.This article suggests that there are 50 patients with atheroslerosis in eyeground,48 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy,28 patients with arrhythmia,10 patients with renal function damages and 10 patients with cerebrovascular diseases.The course over 10 yearshas a high incidence of organ's lesions than the course below 10 years does.Because of chronic hypertension,the diagnoses and managements have not been made,the danger of damage of organs would rise remarkably.
