电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术的困难原因分析

摘　　要：自１９９２年１２月至１９９４年２月施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＣ）２００例，有一定困难的４７例，其中有急性胆囊炎６例，Ｃａｌｏｔ三角重度粘连１３例，胆囊颈部及胆囊管结石嵌顿８例，胆囊积脓、积液７例，萎缩性胆囊炎９例，体型肥胖４例。作者根据自己的体会，分析了ＬＣ中困难病例的原因，详细描述了对这些病例的手术方法。From Dec,1992 to Feb.1994,200 cases laparoscopic cholecystectomy were perfomed,47 cases were difficult.Among the difficult cases,6cases were acute choleccystitis,13 cases were severe adhesion in the calot triangle,8cases were impacted gallstone,7 cases were empyema or hgdrops of gallbladder,9cases were atrophoic chlecystitis,4 cases were fatty.The difficult causes of Iaparoscopic cholecystectomy were analysised and the operated methods were described.
