新型的华支睾吸虫病快速—ELISA诊断试剂盒现场应用评价

摘　　要：为对新型的华支睾吸虫病快速－ＥＬＩＳＡ诊断试剂盒首次现场应用进行评价．在本病流行区选２５９名职工．以双盲法用粪便清水沉淀法进行对照检测，抗体阳性率５０．２％（１３０／２５９）．虫卵阳性率４７．５％（１２３／２５９）．两者无显著性差异。其中两法均阳性１０６例．阳性符合率８６．２％．两法均阴性１１２例．阴性符合率８２．４％．总符合率８１．２％．与我省常规ＥＬＩＳＡ法结果相近．显示试剂盒有良好的应用价值．特别适用于乡、镇卫生院。This paper first reports the evaluation of field application on a new type of Fast-ELISA diagnostic kit for clonorchiasis sinensis. Serum and stool samples from 259 inhabitants living in endemic areas of clonorchiasis sinensis were collected and examined double blindly with both stool water sedimentation and Fast-ELISA methods. The antibo ty positive rate was 50. 2%. the egg positive rate 47. 5%. the results showed no significant diffe rence. The coincidence rates of both methods are 86. 2% for the positive and 82. 1 % for the negative. which is similar to the results of routine ELISA in the province. The results showed that the Fast-ELISA kit has application value especially in the health center of township.
