丙烷氨氧化制丙烯腈分析方法的研究

摘　　要：报导分析自丙烷制丙烯腈的反应物及产物的气相色谱分析方法。它是在三根在线气相色谱柱上进行的。407有机载体柱用于分析有机产物,以氢火焰离子化鉴定器检定。硅胶柱及5?分子筛柱用于分析反应物及吸收尾气,以热导池鉴定器检定。产物中HCN是通过水吸收,在先加入过量的AgNO_3后,用0.05MKSCN滴定测定的。We intorduce a method for the analysis of the reactants and products in the prepara-tion of acrylonitrile from propane. It consists of three on-line GC columns. 407 organicsupport column with FID was used for analysis of organic products. Silica gel columnand 5A molecular sieve column with TCD were used for analysis of reactants and exitgas after absorption with water. HCN was determined by absorption with water andtitration with 0. 05M KSCN solution after adding excess AgNO_3.
