试论调整农业结构与构建区域特色农业

摘　　要：本文从阐述世纪之交农业结构调整的背景入手 ,分析调整农业结构与构建区域特色农业的关系 。China is now processing a strategical adjustment of agricultural structure. This paper gives an approach to the relationship between adjusting agricultural structure and building regional features agricultural, and brings forward several theoretical thinks and positive analyses with the issue of building regional features agricultural. Farther more this paper summarizes several key points of building regional features agricultural: 1)adjusting and optimizing products structure, industry structure and regional structure according to market demand; 2)selecting and developing features leading products and mainstay industry; 3)developing the main body of features agriculture and pushing forward the agricultural integration; 4)intensifying the innovation of agricultural technology; 5)changing the functions of governments and intensifying policy lead.
