中药“双炎散”对鸡免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：应用中药“双炎散”能够显著提高鸡的T淋巴细胞转化率P<0.01和玫瑰花环形成率P<0.05,显著降低B淋巴细胞花环形成率及血清r球蛋白含量P<0.01。说明该药对鸡的细胞免疫功能具有增强作用,而对体液免疫具有抑制作用。'Shuang Yan San'means Double Inflammation Powder,It was the Best one selected in many chinese medicinal Herbs Recipes,and had a good effect In preventing and treating the Avian Infectious Bronchitis and Laryngotracheitis(IB and ILT).The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of 'Shuang Yan San' on chicken's immune function, 'Shuang Yan San' was given by mixing into feed of experimenta 1 group in a dose of o. 1 g per kg feed, for 14 days, control group without medicine, after experiment, the Transformation Rate of the PHA-induced T—Lymphocyte and Formative Rate of E-Rosette were all increased significantly (p<0.01, p<0.05), the Rate of EAC-Rosette formation and The serum content of r-globulin were all decreased markedly p<0.01 compared with control group.It indicated that 'shuang yan san' could improve: the cellular immunity and restrain the Humoral immunity, this kind of dual immune regulating effects was important for the prevention and treatment of the IB and ILT.
