赤芍、尼群地平对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化病灶的消退作用

摘  要:雄性大耳白兔(体重1.75—2.5kg)25只,采用免疫损伤合并高胆固醇喂饲40天,造成AS模型,然后随机分为4组。模型组立即处死,对照组喂普通饲料喂养75天。治疗组在喂普通饲料的同时分别给以尼群地平40mg/只/天,赤芍煎剂(含生药10g/kg/天。 试验结果显示:①尼群地平(NT)、赤芍(RPR)能降低血中Tch、TG、LDL—c、APOB(与对照组比较P<0.05),升高HDL—c,并清除ch在主动脉、肝脏的沉积(与对照组比较P<0.05),其中RPR作用显著。②NT、RPR能减轻血液和组织的脂质过氧化(与对照组比较P<0.05)。③NT、RPR能降低血浆中Fg水平(与对照组比较P<0.05)。④NT、RPR对内皮细胞及其功能有保护作用。⑤NT、RPR能使主动脉、冠状动脉AS病灶消退(与对照组比较P<0.05)。 因此,我们认为NT、RPR通过打断或/和逆转AS发病过程而发挥消退AS的作用。The Present study was designed to evaluate the effects of Nitren-dipin ( NT ) and Radix Paeonia Rubrae ( RPR ) on regression of atherosclerosis in rabbits. Twenty-five male rabbits were injured with immunoreaction and fed a 1 % cholesterol diet for forty days, then they were divided into four groups. Rabbits in M group were killed immediately, those in other three group were fed with diet, only those in N group plus NT ( 40mg/day ) , those in P group plus RPR ( 10gAg/day ) .Results of this stndy showed ( 1 ) NT and RPR were effective indecreasing of plasma levels of Tch, TG, LDL-c, APOB, increasing of plasma level of HDL-c, and in decreasing the deposition of ch in aortas and Livers ( 2 ) NT and RPR were effective in preventing the 1 ipoperoxiadt ion in blood and tissue ( 3 ) NT and RPR could decrees the plasma level of fibrinogen( 4 ) NT and RPR could repaire injured endothelium( 5 ) NT and RPR could modulate SMCs phenotypes, and control SMCs proliferat ion ( 6 ) NT and RPR could regress atherosclerotic plaques.In conclution, NT and RPR can regress atherosclerotic plaques by stopping or/and reversing the main aspects of the mechanism of AS,
