摘  要:Becasuse of having many advantages such as ultra thin, ordered arrays andcontrollable thickness, polyimide Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films have importantpotential applications in the field of microelectronics. They can be used as highinsulating ultra thin films and aligning layers in liquid crystal display devices. Inthose applications, it is necessary to directly observe the surface structures ofpolyimide LB films microscopically. However, few studies have been carried outbecause it is difficult to observe LB films at the molecular level using conventionalanalytical methods.
